We at the Wild Oat have had the privilege to serve our customers since 1998 and for eighteen years before as Croissant Express. Thank you to all who have shared this path, along with us, and us along with you. We have all learned, yet there is still so much for us to learn and it is exiting, challenging as well as so rewarding. The process of producing a product from scratch with the highest quality ingredients possible in mind while being able to keep the price of our products as fair as possible. From this, the idea came of stepping it up to the next level and actually producing the vegetables from which our products are created. By growing our own ingredients we are able to convert sunlight energy into the final nourishing recipes for your enjoyment and health. Through this exchange we come full circle again.
